For private activities, the date may be changed or the activity canceled at no cost up to 72 hours before the activity. After this period, cancellation will incur a charge of 50% of the amount. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, 100% of the amount will be retained. Up to 3 changes may be made.If weather conditions prevent a visit to the Teide Observatory, the amount corresponding to the Observatory entrance fee will be refunded. In the event of cloud cover at the Observatory, the usual itinerary of the booked visit may be modified. If weather conditions prevent the cable car from operating for the cable car activity, non-residents will be refunded €40 for adults and €20 for children, and residents will be refunded €16 for adults and €10 for children, corresponding to the ascent and descent.
